With only me in the workshop - I concentrate on one job at a time, to ensure the perfect finish. As a result I often have a wait time, so please bear this in mind when planning your next project
The Process
If you get in touch via the website, please provide as much information as possible - This will allow me to give you an approximate quotation, and timeframe
Happy to move forward? I will arrange a home visit at a convenient time - To introduce myself, take measurements, and showcase materials. I will then go away and produce design drawings on SketchUp and provide you with an accurate quotation
Ready to proceed with the quote? If you are happy with both the design and quote, the next step will securing a date for installation with a 10% deposit
Before building your furniture (approximately 6-weeks prior to installation), I will ask for a 50% deposit to purchase materials
Installation is always completed by myself. On average, installation for a wardrobe is 2-3 days, and under stairs is 1-2 days. Please note, this is only an average and can take up to a week for more complex builds
Happy with your piece of furniture? I will ask for the remaining 40% of the quote, and this is to be paid within 7-days of completion. If you're unhappy with something, please contact me as soon as possible and I will prioritise you to ensure I can fix your issue
